Job Title: Senior Legal Director

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and contracts. They should be proficient in drafting and reviewing documents to ensure compliance with corporate policies and external regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Responsible for ensuring effective management of documents, both physical and digital.
  • Drafting and Review: Drafting of letters, legal notices and their responses, as well as reviewing and revising documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Compliance and Advisory: Assisting in compliance's with applicable laws, regulations and codes, as well as providing legal advisory through research into business operations and new laws.
  • Litigation and Arbitration: Coordinating with external lawyers in relation to company's ongoing litigation, arbitration's and keeping, maintaining and updating records of all such litigations, arbitrations etc. in a timely manner.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be proactive in partnering and working with internal departments to mitigate legal implications.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Candidates from law firms or corporate backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience, preferably from Delhi (NCR) or Gurugram.
