As a seasoned legal and taxation professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization.

Job Overview:

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in providing legal and compliance support to organizations. You should be well-versed in legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, supplier contracts, and customer agreements.

  1. Review and analyze legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
  2. Maintain accurate records of all legal documents.
  3. Periodically review legal documents before their expiry dates.
  4. Support secretarial compliances, such as director registrations and XBRL filings.
  5. Coordinate with headquarters on documentation and legal requirements.
  6. Review vendor agreements and SOPs/Authorization tables from a finance perspective.
  7. Assist with internal control frameworks and dematerialization of shares.
  8. Prepare compliance calendars for legal and tax due dates.
  9. Stay updated on taxation and legal changes, communicating them to the team on a regular basis.
  10. Support taxation and finance matters as assigned by the Finance Head.
Requirements:
  • Commerce or Legal Graduate degree
  • CA Inter or LLB qualification
  • CS Inter certification

Located in Noida, you will work closely with our teams to provide expert legal and taxation support.
