Job Title:

Process Coach

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead new hire training sessions, combining classroom and remote instruction.
  • Oversee training batches with a 1:20 ratio.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to agents on process quality and best practices, as well as on-the-job support.
  • Document and provide constructive feedback based on audit findings.
  • Attend weekly calibration calls with clients or internal teams.
  • Conduct training sessions as required, adhering to specified timelines.
  • Evaluate trainee performance during tests.
  • Manage databases, Tbase, daily reports, and analysis.
  • Motivate associates through effective management, career development, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Process transactions on a regular basis, as defined by the process.
  • Stay competent by obtaining TTT certification, staying up-to-date on new products, and familiarizing yourself with the training phase.
  • Perform TNI on audit findings and conduct refresher sessions, tracking performance.
  • Keep track of performance records and analyze data critically.
Critical Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as this is a client-facing role.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, preferably afternoon shifts.
  • Knowledge of UK mortgages.
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Forms, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Creation of academies, creation of newsletters, etc.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations using service providers and open sources to remediate compliance alerts and independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies.
  • Result-oriented and client-focused.
  • Feedback and coaching skills.
  • Good rapport-building skills, extremely methodical and organized.
  • Specific experience with cryptocurrency products as a user and/or experience working in the digital currency industry, preferred but not mandatory.
Selection Criteria:
  • Must be a graduate in any stream. Shouldn't be enrolled in any regular course.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in UK mortgages, preferably E2E.
  • Should be a citizen of India or should be allowed to work in India.
  • Should be above the age of 18 Years.
