Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the knowledge and skills of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training content and process notes, including workbooks and assessments, to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Conduct regular needs analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and design targeted modules to address these areas.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to new hires, equipping them with the necessary skills and confidence to excel in their roles.
  • Take ownership of critical issues in our processes and bridge the gap through effective problem-solving and communication.
  • Collaborate with employees to develop personalized improvement plans and provide constructive feedback to support non-performers.
  • Audit customer interactions to identify patterns of agent mistakes and create concise training materials to address these areas.
  • Own knowledge transfer of new processes and ensure all employees understand changes through clear communication and training.
  • Roll out process changes and related communications to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Manage our Knowledge Base, reviewing and developing content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Improve overall CSAT scores through data-driven insights and process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in classroom, online, or blended training delivery, with at least 2 years as a master trainer.
  • Practical implementation experience of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation Models.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to give structured performance feedback.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects that improved customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
