
Hotel Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of hotel operations, front office management, and staff supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and security. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all hotel standards and procedures are followed, and that high service quality is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and security.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are meeting hotel standards and procedures.
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are communicated to staff and guests.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel operations, front office management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
