Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of high-end hospital and hotel projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and effective collaboration with clients, consultants, and architects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor progress to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Talent Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction of clients.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse teams.
