Key Responsibilities:

  • Diligently implement a tailored project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects
    • Manage project finances, monitor changes/variations, and ensure timely completion within predetermined parameters
  • Foster effective teamwork among stakeholders, coordinating with Client SMEs and keeping them informed on project status
    • Oversee site delivery team performance and manage relationships with vendors and business partners
  • Establish clear reporting arrangements for project progress with clients and Company stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Detailed orientation, process-driven approach, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal/communication skills
    • 4+ years' experience in building construction, with specialization in managing multiple corporate interior fit-out projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field of study
    • In-depth knowledge of individual trades/subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
  • Strong team management/client-facing experience and technical savviness
    • Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality/customer satisfaction
