We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Vice President in our Global Processing Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects and teams of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a solid 14+ years of working experience in projects, with a proven track record of project management and team leadership. You will have handled a team of at least 5 members and have excellent financial services experience with stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies, leveraging expertise in SDLC/Agile methodology.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 14 years of experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with .NET technologies, C#.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Web Services, and N-Tier Architecture.
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies and front- and back-office processes.
