Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager to lead our project team for Skid and Module projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead project teams for Skid and Module projects.
  2. Develop in-depth knowledge of fabrication practices and its components.
  3. Build wide exposure to various manufacturing techniques and scheduling.
  4. Capable of leading and organizing multiple projects at multiple plants.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction levels of 90% as minimum.
  6. Establish objectives, standards, and production schedules with cost and delivery effectiveness.
  7. Organize resources for various projects, production, planning, and maintenance activities.
  8. Familiar with ASME standards and IBR codes, lean manufacturing techniques.
  9. Preparation of COR, negotiation with customers, and realization of milestone payments.
  10. On-time delivery to avoid late delivery.
  11. Managing real-time projects from start to end.
  12. Manage commercial aspects and other contract conditions.
  13. Manage material requirements planning (MRP) and mitigate material risks.
  14. Oversee capacity planning and implement best inventory practice/inventory level.
  15. Coordinate with design teams, project teams, purchase teams, vendors, or suppliers, and shop production planning teams.
  16. Drive continuous improvement in vendor development and selection.
  17. Participate in root cause analysis and collaborate on corrective and preventive strategies.
