Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Deliver high-end interior design and fit-out projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Lead multiple projects from concept to completion.

  • Project Leadership: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients & design teams. Drive full project lifecycle initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Ensure clear communication of requirements, progress, and design intent. Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control: Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Control budgets and track subcontractor payments.
  • Team & Site Management: Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to spec. Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance. Oversee snagging and ensure smooth client handover.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and industry regulations. Implement HSE protocols across project sites. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership & team management skills. Proficient in MS Project / Primavera & AutoCAD. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.

Preferred Qualifications: PMP / PRINCE2 Certification, Experience with luxury interiors or international clients, Exposure to sustainable interior practices.
