BIM Manager Position

Seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a minimum of 20+ years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

    Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery. Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring they adhere to established BIM standards and methodologies.

  2. Client Engagement:

    Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting client relationships. Attend client meetings to thoroughly understand their project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and promptly address any concerns or inquiries.

  3. Business Development:

    Actively participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of our organization's BIM services. Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase our advanced BIM capabilities.

  4. Budget and Timeline Oversight:

    Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain financially viable. Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.

  5. Best Practices Implementation:

    Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
