BIM Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead project teams as a Lead BIM Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing internal teams, reviewing project deliverables, ensuring quality control, and facilitating timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple projects, guaranteeing effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Deploy resources strategically to align with project objectives and financial targets.
  • Monitor project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status and milestones.
  • Direct BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs across all design stages while adhering to industry standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with international clients and consultants for BIM modeling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
