Project Manager - BIM Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead project teams and oversee the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and progress tracking.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of BIM tools and platforms.
  • Coordinate with international project teams and adhere to global standards.
  • Develop and manage dynamic scripts for optimising project workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience applying BIM across all disciplines.
  • Knowledge of modern construction methods and sustainable engineering practices.
