Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our production workflow by implementing cutting-edge technologies and software solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • BIM modeling for landscape projects
  • Preparation of plans, sections, construction details & schedules using Revit Software
  • Implementation and maintenance of the BIM Protocol according to project scope
  • BIM coordination (not limited to clash detection) and use of information during the BIM process
  • Review of records of BIM models and their status
  • Establishment of quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of all models
  • Publishing of models at significant milestone stages as identified in the BIM Coordination Program
  • Handover of model and data at agreed milestones in the BIM Coordination program
  • Development of project folders, file structure, templates, central files, etc.
  • Monitoring and supervision of document and model sharing/publication system
  • Assistance with development of detailed Revit families and project details
  • Development of scripts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of previous extensive BIM Modeler/BIM Technician experience
  • Experience with top-tier architectural/landscape design consultancies
  • Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to utilize time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals
  • Self-motivation and drive to pursue continued education on BIM
  • Teamwork and independence
