About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building information modeling and be proficient in using Revit/BIM, CAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.

The BIM Architect will be responsible for preparing project designs and drawings with precision, maintaining quality by acquiring technical knowledge from senior architects, and coordinating with various trades under the guidance of team leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate project designs and drawings with precise capturing of design intent.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, structure, MEP, and landscape, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop working details as instructed and meet productivity targets on assigned tasks.
  • Identify and report any productivity deviations to senior architects and adjust deadlines accordingly.
  • Participate in weekly progress meetings conducted by senior architects.
  • Stay informed about local code requirements and authorities' regulations related to project locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Civil Engineering (B.Tech), or related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM, CAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A minimum of 4-10 years of experience in BIM-related roles.
