Job Opportunity: BIM Implementation and Coordination Specialist

BIM Project Support

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the project team in adhering to the BIM Implementation Plan. This includes coordinating model submittal schedules and updates reflecting as-built conditions.

  • Collaborate with teams to deliver client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services.
  • Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare comprehensive drawing packages.
Techincal Competencies

The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills in BIM LOD 300, including knowledge of 400 and 500.

  • C coordinate design-to-construction workflows through BIM processes like 5D/4D.
  • Manage complex 3D models, review model quality, and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
Software Proficiency

The candidate should be proficient in:

  • Autodesk Revit
  • Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Navisworks
  • Dynamo
  • Recap

This role demands strong technical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM implementation and coordination is required.
