Lead BIM Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing internal teams, reviewing project deliverables, overseeing quality assurance and quality control, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, as well as a proactive and professional approach to training, BIM implementation, and client interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and profit objectives.
  • Monitor and review project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with international project teams and adhere to global standards.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
  • Develop, manage, and optimize scripts, while training team members in their usage.
  • Manage modeling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.
