We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator to manage 3D models, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to BIM standards across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Structural).
  • Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
  • Maintain model quality and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
  • Support teams using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
  • Lead BIM meetings and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years BIM experience; proficient in Revit, Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
