Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Team Lead, with a strong background in digital delivery and integration of projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in design, drafting and BIM management on large scale projects.

About the Role:

The BIM Team Lead plays an integral part in the project delivery process, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration between team members. Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating the overall use of BIM for projects, developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plans, and providing technical support to team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Revit project production and contents, including Standard Library objects.
  • Lead and manage a team of MEP CAD/Revit Modelers.
  • Quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in design, drafting and BIM management on large scale projects.
  • Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience in using Navis for Coordination.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
