Design Integration Specialist

The Design Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in the digital delivery and integration of projects. Utilizing technical expertise and exceptional skills, this specialist will be responsible for the digital delivery of design & construction projects.

  • Manage and coordinate the use of BIM for projects.
  • Develop/Update and implement BIM protocols and standards within the project team.
  • Understand client requirements and analyse/implement BIM execution plans for BIM deliverables.
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows.
  • Provide primary contact for BIM related technical support.
  • Liaise and coordinate with BIM specialists/models leads/managers.
  • Manage Revit project production and contents, including standard library objects.
  • Create families and model expertise required.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
  • Lead and manage teams of CAD/Revit modelers.
  • Conduct quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
  • Use Navisworks tools for review/QC/documentation.
  • Responsible for QA/QC before deliverables.
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams.
  • Monitor team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.

Key Competencies/Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience using Navis for coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services required.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities.
