Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned BIM expert to lead our MEP team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality BIM protocols, execution plans, and other documentation in project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM standards within the MEP team.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their BIM requirements and implement tailored execution plans.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of best practices and workflows.
  • Provide technical support for BIM-related queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including BIM specialists, modelers, leads, and managers.
  • Manage Revit project production, contents, and standard library objects.
  • Design and develop custom families, leveraging expertise in modeling.
  • Lead quality control efforts for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
  • Utilize Navisworks tools for review, QA/QC, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and guidelines among team members.
