We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of an Agency Development Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing agent recruitment, development, and customer centricity initiatives across our agency network.
Key Responsibilities:- Agent Recruitment
- Develop diverse sources of agent hiring and build a team of skilled agents.
- Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring.
- Implement and adhere to industry-standard recruitment processes and norms.
- Follow established agent hiring mechanisms and guidelines.
- Agent Development
- Ensure thorough product knowledge through targeted training programs.
- Develop agent prospecting habits, calling skills, and work habits.
- Work with agents on planning and reviewing their activities and goals.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with trainers to improve agent performance.
- Meet Business Targets
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
- Enhance agent productivity and persistency through regular performance reviews and goal setting.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and sales ratios.
- Maintain agent proactivity aligned with business plans.
- Customer Centricity
- Act as a brand ambassador and customer champion.
- Adhere to established sales practices to foster deep customer loyalty.
- Hold regular customer meetings to understand their needs and pulse.
- Respond to customer queries in a satisfactory manner, adhering to company standards.
