Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for championing the development and execution of talent initiatives that drive our success.

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with leaders to provide advice, guidance, and support in the execution of talent programs and processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a professional HR organization, manage multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, general admin matters, and oversee various C-level projects on behalf of the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate various HR tasks and projects.
  • Provide proactive and insightful advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs.
  • Build and maintain best practices, policies, and procedures across various teams.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR organization.
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Manage vendor and customer contracts.
