Job Title

We are seeking a Product Leader to join our team and drive the success of our software solutions.

About the Job
  • This is a key role that requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to lead product development efforts and define product features, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate closely with development teams.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and market demands.
  2. Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value to customers.
  3. Scrum Collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business sponsors, and cross-functional teams, to gather feedback, validate product features, and address concerns.
  5. Release Planning and Execution: Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute product releases, ensuring that deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards.
  6. Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer needs, market requirements, and business objectives to define product features and enhancements.
  7. Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product features and initiatives.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product development team, encouraging feedback, experimentation, and learning.
