We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Critical Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and service delivery.
  • Briefing Internal Teams: Understand client requirements and effectively brief internal teams on campaign objectives and strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and campaign reports for clients.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, prepare status updates, and share insights with clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent support and value addition.
  • Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell agency services.
  • Internal Workflow Management: Ensure smooth internal workflow by collaborating closely with team members and resolving challenges.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Experience: Prior experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency (1–3 years preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
