As a seasoned professional in business development, you will drive growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and relationship-building. You will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with HR leaders and decision-makers to promote our services and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to acquire new clients in South India region for staffing, contract hiring, and payroll outsourcing services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, and senior decision-makers, ensuring seamless delivery of services and driving repeat business.
  • Create and present compelling proposals, empanelment documents, and client presentations to secure new contracts and expand existing relationships.
  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, and SLAs with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment & operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing regular business reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent our organization at industry events, HR forums, and networking platforms, building thought leadership and establishing our brand as a trusted partner in the staffing and payroll industry.
  • Mentor and guide junior BD executives in the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their growth and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of staffing models, payroll management, and HR outsourcing.
  • Able to create persuasive business proposals and present value propositions effectively.
  • Proven track record in achieving business targets in the staffing/payroll industry.
  • Strategic thinker with strong networking and market research abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills for managing BD executives and client accounts.
