Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with client goals.
    • Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
    • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
    • Understand client technology roadmaps and business challenges to position company solutions effectively.
    • Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.
    • Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management or a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
