Key Account Developer Position

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven professional to serve as a Key Account Developer. This role involves cultivating robust business relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our organization through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert-level product knowledge and market insights to customers, enabling them to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this intelligence to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
