Job Title: Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Insights Specialist to support our business development and project documentation processes. This role involves conducting strategic research to identify new business opportunities, maintaining and organizing all project-related documentation, and preparing MIS reports for internal review and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:Business Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research on potential clients, ongoing/upcoming architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors using online portals and procurement platforms.
  • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team in making informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms to streamline documentation processes.
Documentation Management
  • Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences) in a secure and easily accessible manner.
  • Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure timely filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents as per company protocol to maintain compliance.
  • Update and maintain document control logs to record changes and updates.
MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents to showcase business insights and opportunities.
  • Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails to maintain transparency.
Coordination
  • Liaise with internal design and project teams to collect required documentation and ensure seamless collaboration.
