Executive Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Leader to spearhead our Valuation Advisory team.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, fostering trusted advisor relationships with clients, and championing their needs and plans.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced dynamic work environments is crucial, alongside adept problem-solving skills.
  • The Executive Leader will derive valuable information from public data sources, including macroeconomic trends, asset class developments, market indicators, and government policies regulating the real estate sector.
  • The role entails assisting in data and information presentations, analysis, documentation, and financial modeling.

Meticulousness

  • Paying attention to detail is essential, accompanied by excellent data analysis skills.
  • The ability to collate information and create databases for various asset classes is necessary.
  • Assisting other team members with data as needed is also required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 0-3 years of working experience is preferred.
  • A graduation and above, preferably PG or relevant educational background in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Accounting & Finance, is desired.

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word is mandatory.
  • Additional technological skills such as Auto CAD, Map IT, or any other mapping tools, Photoshop, and skills related to financial modeling, forecasting, etc. are welcomed.
  • Good writing, presentation, and communication skills are required.
