You will cultivate the necessary skills, knowledge, and management acumen to ensure timely service delivery at targeted profit margins, leveraging industry-standard tools, processes, and best practices.

This position entails:

  • Managing a portfolio of contracts within a designated geographical area.
  • Leading a team of Field Service Supervisors and Field Service Technicians, in collaboration with subcontractors, to deliver scheduled and reactive maintenance services.
  • Ensuring service delivery aligns with contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and organizational requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proven ability to influence at various levels.
  • A demonstrated capacity for independent decision-making.
  • Ability to apply established standards judiciously based on experience.
  • A proven ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Previous customer service experience.
