About the Role

  • Manage daily project activities across multiple initiatives, serving as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams.">
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices for all projects.">
  • Develop and manage project plans that track tasks, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.">
  • Proactively manage, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues.">
  • Provide regular project status reporting for all projects delivered.">
  • Lead Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.">
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with both IT and business teams.">
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • IT Project Management skills and experience with project management tools.">
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.">
  • Experience managing large IT projects using matrixed, cross-functional teams.">
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, including performance management and recruiting responsibilities.">
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or CSM certifications preferred.">
