Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex transition and transformation projects from initiation to closure.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Your expertise in project management processes and tools will enable you to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and drive project success.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end complex transition/ramp up/transformation projects
  • Develop and execute project plans, risk management strategies, and mitigation plans
  • Manage multiple sub-projects and stakeholder expectations
  • Foster collaborative relationships with clients, implementation teams, and senior management
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and meet deadlines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in BPO/Outsourcing space with at least 5 years in Transition and Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of project and program management principles, including initiation, monitoring, and quality control
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment and manage delegation of tasks/responsibilities
  • Experience managing large complex programs with multiple sub-projects
Education and Certifications

PREFERRED qualifications include:

  • MBA/PG degree
  • PMP certification
