Key Responsibilities

  • Support project remediation activities by defining deliverables, plans, and governance structures within program boundaries.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including regular status reporting to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate issues, risks, and constraints affecting remediation projects.
  • Coordinate and administer project meetings, including RAID management and ensuring clear roles and expectations for project team members.
  • Monitor and adjust project scope, ensuring alignment with resource availability, cost constraints, and timeline requirements.
  • Ensure project teams adhere to established Project Management Frameworks, standards, and methods, providing necessary training as required.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing across regional PMOs, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Assurance team to support assurance cycles, including planning, information organization, and regular reporting.
  • Oversee local remediation activities, managing communication, progress updates, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project lifecycle delivery, either as a project manager or in a PMO role.
  • Effective relationship-building and negotiation skills, with ability to operate in a matrix organization.
  • Negotiating, problem-solving, and conflict management capabilities.
  • Strong motivation, flexibility, drive, and personal commitment.
  • Clear and concise reporting to various seniority levels.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Project Management certifications, such as Prince2, PMI PMP, or Agile Scrum Master.
  • Ability to produce insightful reports and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in tracking project progress and meeting stipulated timelines and objectives.
  • Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds, functions, and cultures.
