Responsibilities include managing a team of individuals who will operationally support projects and development services, acting as a group operations lead, and ensuring stable project operations. You will also be responsible for employee life-cycle management, recruitment, development, salary review, and promotion.

You will work closely with stakeholders, provide support to directors in the delivery of real estate-led developments, and demonstrate the ability to lead teams for successful project delivery. Additionally, you will assist in coaching and developing subordinate team members, manage multiple team leads, and align work according to approved project programs.

">Requirements">
  • 10-15 years of experience in construction project management or a related role
  • Proven work experience as an established PM leader and previous experience in setting up project management capability
  • Familiarity with construction best practices and quality control procedures
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent people management, communication, and interpersonal abilities
