Interested folks can share their CV ******@advatix.comOverview:We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager – Business Transformation to work closely with the CEO in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives for a $150M healthcare services company. This India-based role requires regular collaboration with U.S. leadership and stakeholders, including private equity board of directors.
The position offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of corporate strategy, operations, and change management in a high-growth, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and business transformation programs across the organization. Manage a diverse portfolio of high-priority projects spanning operational efficiency, digital transformation, M&A integration, and performance improvement.
Act as a central PMO, ensuring effective coordination and execution across functional workstreams. Interface regularly with U.S.-based executive leadership and private equity board members, shaping and influencing strategic direction. Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, performance dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
Identify and manage project risks, ensuring proactive resolution and delivery excellence. Translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives, monitoring impact and driving measurable outcomes.Qualifications:10 years of professional experience post-college, including significant time in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and/or leading business transformation programs in PE-backed or corporate environments. Strong experience managing cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives in healthcare or services industries.
Outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with executive presence and boardroom-level comfort. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel periodically to the United States for key meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements. What
