Job Title: Senior Specialist, Project Management

What this job involves:

As a Senior Specialist, Project Management, you will support the Digital Marketing Operations team with project management responsibilities across marketing operations initiatives. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of marketing operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational marketing initiatives including lead scoring implementation, lead routing optimization, AI implementations, and process improvements that impact marketers.
• Support the Executive Director of Digital Marketing Operations with day-to-day task management across the entire team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories for future reference.
• Assign tasks to appropriate team members, establish accountability frameworks, and follow up on progress.
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prioritize competing demands and assist in managing team workloads efficiently.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for leadership.
• Manage stakeholder communications, including status updates, project reports, and documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between global teams and the Marketing Services COE.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing with 5+ years in project management
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in marketing operations or digital marketing environments

And the candidate should be:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Have experience facilitating meetings and coordinating across global teams
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management tools including Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, and MS Office suite.
  • Experience with marketing technologies such as Eloqua and Salesforce.
  • Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and ROI measurement methodologies (Preferred)
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms and processes (Preferred)
