Job Role Overview

The Senior Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion. This individual is responsible for overseeing various aspects of project management, including reviewing and finalizing civil drawings, coordinating with clients and government authorities, and monitoring project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Civil Drawings Review: The Senior Project Coordinator will review and finalize civil drawings in respect to Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and obtain necessary approvals from architects for buildings and infrastructures.">
  • Tender Documents Review: This individual will review and finalize tender documents scope of works, General Conditions of Contracts, and Special Conditions of Contracts, as well as approved makes and detailed specifications for civil works.">
  • Services BOQs Review: The Senior Project Coordinator will review and finalize services BOQs and drawings, obtaining necessary approvals from consultants.">
  • Project Coordination: This individual will coordinate with clients and government authorities for project design document approvals and obtain sanctions and approvals.">
  • Project Scheduling: The Senior Project Coordinator will schedule and monitor projects using MS Projects or Primavera.">
  • Bills and Payments: This individual will coordinate bills and payment collection for ongoing projects.">
  • DPR Finalization: The Senior Project Coordinator will coordinate, approve, and finalize project Detailed Project Reports (DPRs).">
  • Contract Administration: This individual will administer contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.">
  • Travel and Communication: The Senior Project Coordinator may be required to travel domestically or internationally, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 15-25 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related field.">
  • B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc. (Civil) or B.Arch degree or equivalent qualification.">
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer software for monitoring works.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
