HR Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our HR and TA team in India. This role involves providing general HR support to leaders and employees, working on global projects, and implementing HR strategies that support the business objectives and culture of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support business objectives and company culture.
  • Manage and coach a team of HR and TA professionals across India.
  • Partner with leaders and managers to provide guidance and solutions on employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, benefits, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a high-quality candidate and employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate and updated HR records and reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a multinational company.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing HR teams in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and trends in India.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to Gurgaon and other locations across India as required.
