Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

As a Strategic HR Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives and providing HR expertise to drive business results.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their staffing requirements and provide HR support accordingly.
  • Provide leadership and counsel on all aspects of HR, including performance management, employee relations, leadership development, organizational design, and change management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
