- Deliver outstanding customer service via chat and email communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues.
- Provide solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Skilled in providing online assistance through chat and email communication.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
