We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication.
- Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
