Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Bhanzu is a company that aims to eradicate math phobia and encourage careers in math and STEM fields among learners from across the world.

As a customer support specialist, you will be the face of Bhanzu support for our customers. You will respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.

You will also proactively reach out to customers to build rapport with them, identify their needs and requirements, and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field, and experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.

They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems, and possess excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers.
  • Identify customers' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
