Microsoft Windows Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Microsoft Windows Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technical support and customer service.

This position involves providing fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support to customers with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex problems and delivering exceptional support via chat.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer environments, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. A typing speed of 35 WPM or higher is mandatory.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft Windows & O365 issues via chat support.
  • Provide fast and effective solutions to customers.
  • Create a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries.

Bonus Points:

Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
