Collection Executive

We are seeking an experienced Collection Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

The Collection Executive will be responsible for:

• Collecting payments from existing clients in a timely manner

• Retaining customers through excellent customer service and relationship-building

• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services

• Proficiently handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Senior Executive, Customer Success, or Collection Specialist
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
  • Fluency in English and Hindi languages
