As a key team member, you will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and promote digital solutions to enhance overall service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer first-line support to customers on general inquiries, proactively exploring customer needs and pain points.
- Manage customer orders by coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requests accurately and promptly.
- Communicate proactively and timely to customers when orders are not processed successfully or fail to deliver as per customer's requests.
- Promote and support customer self-service of our digital tools.
- Actively promote products and services to customers to increase sales.
- Freshers and previous experience in customer service are preferred.
- You should be customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Good communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and influential skills are required.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach is essential.
