">We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service division, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their vehicles.
">Your role will involve providing accurate information and solutions regarding warranty coverage, claims, and service processes, while ensuring timely resolution of customer problems.
">You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone or other channels, guiding customers on warranty coverage, claims, and service processes, coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints, and maintaining accurate documentation.
">You will also provide first-level technical troubleshooting assistance based on customer feedback, follow up with customers until the issue is resolved, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and maintain records of all interactions using CRM tools.
">In addition, you will evaluate complex cases and escalate when necessary, collaborating with higher technical support or warranty teams, and stay updated on latest vehicle technologies, company policies, and warranty terms.
">Eligibility Criteria:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education: A minimum Graduate degree (any stream), preferably with an automotive or technical background.
">">Experience: 1–3 years in customer support, automotive services, or warranty handling is preferred.
">">Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are an asset.
">">Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems or prior experience in an auto-related role is advantageous.
