Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and professional individual to support our business in the role of Customer Service Representative. This is a remote position requiring exceptional communication skills to ensure outstanding customer experiences and efficient management of inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Refunds: Process refunds and adjustments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior representatives, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Software: Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
