Exceptional Customer Service Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with software questions and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Offer guidance on using our accounting software and GST features to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot complex issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved matters.
- Contribute to the development of customer service processes and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting rules to provide expert support to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BBA / B.Com / MBA) from a recognized university.
