Compensation Design Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation structures that align with business objectives and market competitiveness.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in salary benchmarking, market analysis, and internal equity. You will also have experience in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing compensation structures that meet business objectives and market competitiveness
- Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Partnering with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair and transparent reward systems
- Maintaining governance and documentation for compensation and benefits programs
